Leonard Williams serves as the Operating Partner of Mulkey Hospitality Inc. which operates three Chick-fil-A Franchises in Lubbock, Texas. In addition to his role as Operating Partner, Leonard serves as the Chief Operations and People Officer. Leonard has worked for Chick-fil-A for fourteen years and has served in many different roles and leadership capacities. He has a passion for growing, developing and coaching leaders.
Leonard is a true servant leader and is always involved in serving his community and church.
As a member of Hillside Christian Church, Leonard serves faithfully as a guest services volunteer, as well as leads High School and College small groups. In the community, Leonard serves on numerous advisory boards and committees throughout Lubbock ISD and Frenship ISD. He has been a huge advocate for leadership development amongst high school students and has launched leadership programs in eight high schools in Lubbock, Frenship and Idalou.
Leonard is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana but relocated to Dallas, Texas following Hurricane Katrina. In 2010, Leonard moved to Lubbock, Texas to attend Texas Tech University and earn a degree in History. Leonard met his wife Ashley while they were both in college and working for Chick-fil-A. They have been married for seven years and have two children, Leonard and Braylie.
Leticia Saiid is the Chief of Staff and Chief Learning Officer at CoNetrix, a family of technology companies. After earning a B.A. and a M.A. in Mathematics, Leticia joined CoNetrix in 2011 to be, and later manage, a software support team. In 2018 she began working directly for the president, which led to her current role. As COS, Leticia supports the president as an advisor and communications coach. As CLO, Leticia coordinates employee development and training. In her free time, she enjoys serving on the Goodwill board of directors, being an active advisor for an LCU social club, going to her brother-in-law’s ranch with her husband, teaching phonics, playing just enough piano to be able to sing along, and solving jigsaw puzzles.
Dave serves as Chief Executive Officer for both Madera Residential and Quext, leading all strategic initiatives in tech sector development at Quext as well as operations of Madera Residential. He comes with years of experience in business operations, public accounting, and fiscal operations and is recognized for his leadership and organizational acumen.
Prior to joining Madera and Quext , Dave served as the Executive Vice President of Operations for Suddenlink Communications. This role encompassed oversight of nearly 5,500 employees across 17 states. He also brings 11 years of experience in public accounting, tax, consulting, and business valuation. Public and industry service & recognition is a staple of his career. Dave is a four-term Board member, treasurer and Vice Chairman of the Board of the Texas Cable Association, along with serving on several other boards and committees.. At home, he was twice elected to the Board of Trustees of the Lubbock-Cooper ISD and served as President while the district was the third fastest growing school district in Texas. Dave graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Illinois State University. He lives in Lubbock, Texas with his wife, is a proud father of five, and loves spending time on the lake and supporting Texas Tech Red Raider athletics.

Leadership Strategist and Coach
Dr. Kathy Crockett develops customized trainings in leadership, team building, business strategy, conflict, organizational change, and communication. She also works with leaders as a professional development coach. She has served as a university professor in business for or over 20 years. She also served as Interim President for an organization that had a unexpected crisis and worked to transition the organization to new leadership. Kathy is chair of the board for the Pure Hope Foundation and an executive board member for Parkridge Medical Clinic and Courage for Life.
