LEAD WELL Conference Spring 2024

Leading yourself, team, or organization can be challenging. This conference will offer insights in developing your professional skills and also learning to help develop the skills of those you lead. With speakers who share experiences and practical insights, participants will leave the conference with actionable steps to integrate into work.

Landon Holly

Landon Holly was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas where he graduated from Texas Tech University from the Rawls College of Business. Upon graduation Landon was hired by City Bank where he has worked for the past 21 years, currently serving as Senior Vice President – Director of Project Management. Landon holds the Project Management Professional certification through the Project Management Institute. Landon graduated from Texas Tech School of Banking in 2009 and Bank Operations Institute on the campus of Southern Methodist University in 2012. One of Landon’s passions is speaking to different organizations. His speaking engagements have taken him all over the state speaking to many different types of organizations including: developmental organizations, universities, school districts and as a keynote speaker at the KEYS Conference. Landon has been married to his wife, Kristin, for over nineteen years. They have two children, Brooklyn age 16 and Easton age 13. In Landon’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, reading and attending Texas Tech sporting events.

Jantzen Louder

Jantzen Louder’s background in electrical engineering led to his career at South Plains Electric Coop. After many years working in this industry, he shifted to work in a leadership and pastoral role at Church on the Rock, a multi campus organization and ministry. Additionally, he consults with organizations related to leadership development. Jantzen is married to Abby and has three amazing children, Maci, Titus, and Tenley. Jantzen enjoys mentoring and enabling others to fulfill the calling God has placed on their lives.

Michalea Perez

As the Operating Director for Cornerstone Caregiving in Amarillo and Lubbock, Michalea Perez is passionate about both the care of our senior population and the over 200 employees serving our seniors. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2005, Michalea has spent almost two decades in sales and leadership positions. She loves making lasting connections with people and considers herself a lifelong learner for leadership and networking training. But her favorite network is the one she calls home, where she’s wife to Jaime Perez and mom to two boys, Canyon and Case.

Dr. Kathy Crockett

Dr. Kathy Crockett develops customized trainings in leadership, team building, business strategy, conflict, organizational change, and communication. She also works with leaders as a professional development coach. She has served as a university professor in business for or over 20 years. She also served as Interim President for an organization that had a unexpected crisis and worked to transition the organization to new leadership. Kathy is chair of the board for the Pure Hope Foundation and an executive board member for Parkridge Medical Clinic and Courage for Life.
