Holly M. Duncan is the founding CEO of Parkridge, a non-profit ministry, where she has served for nearly 

30 years. Holly is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a degree from Baylor University and a Master's 

degree in Counseling from The University of Texas in Austin. Holly has served as a national consultant 

with Focus on the Family, is a contributing speaker at national leadership conferences, and serves on 

national boards and expert panels. Holly's most cherished roles are wife to Todd, and Mom to daughter, Ashton and son, Ethan.

Mark Persall

CEO Allied Planning and Consulting

As a leadership consultant Mark Persall has worked with The Ken Blanchard Companies since 1994.  Mark has further formal training with the International Center for Excellence in Leadership, the Center of Creative Leadership, and the International Coaching Federation. Mark has worked with both entrepreneurs and executives across the US and throughout Asia. He currently serves as CEO for Allied Planning and Consulting, a Medicaid Consulting firm he started in 2016 with his business partner Don Allen. Mark continues to consult with businesses on a limited basis.  He has been married to Kandy for 42 years.  They have two daughters and six grandchildren.  They love to travel and drink fine espresso.

Matt Hadley is the president of Bruce Thornton Air Conditioning, Inc. (BTAC), a mechanical contracting and services company in Lubbock, Texas. BTAC employs more than 100 people and operates across the South Plains of West Texas. Matt’s career with BTAC spans more than 25 years. He became president in 2014. Under Matt’s leadership, BTAC has won multiple awards in its primary market for Best A/C & Heating Contractor and Best Plumbing Contractor as well as being a perennial finalist for Best Place to Work. Matt married his best friend Christi more than 25 years ago. Together, they have two children. He has a B.S. in Finance from Lubbock Christian University and an M.S. in Finance from Texas Tech University. 

Dr. Kathy Crockett

Leadership Strategist and Coach

Dr. Kathy Crockett develops customized trainings in leadership, team building, business strategy, conflict, organizational change, and communication. She also works with leaders as a professional development coach. She has served as a university professor in business for or over 20 years. She also served as Interim President for an organization that had a unexpected crisis and worked to transition the organization to new leadership. Kathy is chair of the board for the Pure Hope Foundation and an executive board member for Parkridge Medical Clinic and Courage for Life.
