LEAD WELL Workshops

This workshop is for any professional that would like to build skills to lead themselves and their teams. These interactive, experiential sessions will include practical, actionable content that can be implemented in the workplace. The sessions are limited to 30 people in order to increase the time each participant has to interact with Dr. Crockett and other participants through asking questions, applying concepts, and forming a plan to implement the tools. There are three half-day afternoon sessions where participants will be able to build on the skills gained from one session to the next. Participants will also have access to recordings of key topics for 30 days to use with their teams or see content in case not able to make all the sessions. Key content includes:

June 13th - Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast - Results vs Relationships, Being Strategic with Time & Energy, Role Clarity

July 11th - Communication - Conversational Intelligence, Effective Instructions, Feedback/Accountability

August 1st - Conflict - Strategic tools to face the friction and lead through conflict.
